RSX Direct Mount Stem
Bolts to the fork crown, not the steerer.
Built for World Cup speeds and bike-park abuse alike, the RSX fixes straight onto the upper crown of a dual crown fork — no steerer clamp, no stack height to add. The front end ends up lower and noticeably stiffer than any conventional stem can manage. It only fits forks with a direct mount crown, so check yours before ordering.
Built-in adjustment gives 45mm or 50mm of reach from the one stem, and the sides swap over to run the bar clamps wider or narrower apart.
Rise is measured differently here — from the centre of the bar down to the direct mount interface, not bar rise. On a Sur Ron, the 31.8mm clamp with 30mm of rise is the one to take.
